The Fine Print
Check-in: Check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Please call to arrange for a late check-in if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm.
Check-out: Check out time is 11:00 am.
Rates: Rates are quoted per night based on single or double occupancy and include welcome hors d'oeuvres and wine and expanded continental breakfast delivered to your room; Bed and sales taxes will be added to all rates. Two night minimum may be required if Saturday is included in your stay on a holiday or festival week-end. All rates are subject to change.
Extra Person Rate: $25 per night plus tax.
Reservations: Advance reservations are recommended and must be secured with a major credit card or deposit. Cash, checks, traveler's cheques, Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express are gladly accepted.
Deposit: If you choose not to secure your reservation with a credit card, your reservation will be held for 1 week pending receipt of a prepayment of one night's stay or fifty percent (50%) of your stay, whichever is larger. The balance is due upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $20.00 processing fee is applied to all reservations. If your plans change and you must cancel any of your reserved nights, we require 3 days advance notice. On shorter notice, you may be charged for the nights we are unable to re-rent your room.
Payment: Three days prior to your scheduled arrival, we may charge your credit card for the amount of your visit. If your plans must change after that time, we will refund the balance except for 1 night's lodging, unless we re-rent the room, in which case we will refund the entire amount less the $20 processing fee.
Children: Well behaved children are welcome. Our B&B is furnished with various antiques, china and crystal. Parents will be held responsible for any items broken or damaged by their children.
Pets: Pets cannot be accommodated on site, however, kennel facilities are available nearby. Please inquire.
Smoking: Oak Hill Manor is a non-smoking inn. Smoking may be permitted on the outside on the grounds as long as other guests are not disturbed.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available upon request for any dollar amount.
